1 bag (approximately 10.5 ounces) corn chips (I prefer Fritos)
1 ¼ cup light corn syrup
1 cup sugar
1 ¼ cup creamy peanut butter
1 bag (11.5 ounces) semi sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped salted peanuts
Spray a 10” x 15” (approx.) pan with non-stick cooking spray, line with wax paper and spray again.
Lightly crush the corn chips until broken, but not to crumbs, place in a large bowl.
In a large sauce pan over medium heat, combine the corn syrup and sugar and bring to a boil. Add peanut butter and stir until melted.
Pour over corn chips and stir until mixed, spread evenly in prepared pan.
Place chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl, microwave in 30 second increments until chips start to melt. Stir to completely melt and spread evenly over corn chip mixture.
Sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
Allow to cool, remove from pan and cut into squares.
